Message Board Rules, Policies and Disclaimer.

In these Rules, Policies and Disclaimers, "we", "us" or "our" means Galashiels Rugby Football Club (the operator of the Message Board).

The views and opinion expressed on this message board are those of the author only and do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of Galashiels Rugby Football Club.

Message Board Rules

We expect you to respect other users' rights by complying with these rules.

You agree that you are entirely responsible for all content that you make available on the message board. To the extent that we are notified of or become aware that you have posted content that is in breach of these rules we will delete it and we reserve the right to remove you from our message board, temporarily or permanently.

You agree that the following behaviour is NOT acceptable in the Message Board:

1) Swearing or the use of language which is obscene, threatening, sexual, sexist, libellous, defamatory, or invasive of another person's privacy.

2) Expressions of hatred towards racial, ethnic, national, religious or other groups including those pertaining to sexual orientation.

3) Discussions that encourage, promote or provide information about illegal or criminal activities (including pornography, explosives, weapons, drugs, programming viruses, computer hacking and copyright infringement).

4) Posting of addresses for websites that contain content that is banned from our message board, by these rules.

5) Exchange of user telephone numbers, emails and addresses.

6) Harassing other users in the message board, either privately or in a public forum.

7) Impersonating any other person.

8) Action that would disrupt or impair the functioning, stability or security of the message board.

9) Use of the message board for unauthorised commercial purposes.

We do monitor the message board and we reserve the right to edit, delete or prune any posts in the forum.

If you see or receive any communication in our message board that does not comply with these rules or that you consider is inappropriate, please report this immediately to info@galarfc.com
