Players are working hard with the coaches at all levels and are fully compliant with Scottish Rugby and Scottish Government requirements for track and trace, social distancing and hand hygiene.
The seniors may work in increased numbers next week and can take part in one handed touch games which all players will be looking forward to.
Please note that the office at Netherdale is not open for business as usual - if you do need to speak to someone face to face please call first to arrange an appointment and do not enter the office unless invited to do so .
The office is very small and it may be necessary for one of the staff to speak to you in the bar area .
