Gala Rugby Football Club are pleased to announce that we are now a Registered Charity which will be known as Gala Rugby.
Our application to become a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) has been successful. The SCIO, which will be known as Gala Rugby is now a Registered Charity Number
SC 048031.
This is great news for the Club and will help ensure our long term future by being able to draw on the benefits of the availability of wider funding as a charity, the tax benefits of any donations to help the Club being gift aided and the more secure position of being an incorporated organisation.
